Dr. Masri and his staff are truly the best! I came in with a complex case that Dr. Masri was transparent about from the start which built a lot of trust throughout the process. Finally got my braces off today and wanted to cry in the mirror, my smile came out beautiful, exceeding my expectations!

Never had a problem with making or rescheduling appointments for either of my children. When my son (and now my daughter) first went for his braces every visit was precise with a very professional and friendly staff. Dr Masri is a perfectionist and has always had best interest of each of my children. When my son needed his braces removed a little early in order to go into the Marine Corps, Dr Masri made sure the early removal wouldn't hinder his treatment and even suggested a permanent retainer to make it easier for my son do that his teeth wouldn't shift since he wouldn't be able to wear regular retainers as he should. We loved every experience with both kids. My daughter chats up the staff every time she goes for her appointments and the girls even gave my daughter advice in school and what she wanted to do for college at this point. The staff is also good at NOT making a big deal about payments being late or behind at all, they just like good effort to pay and never made me feel horrible about missing a payment and I appreciate that. My daughter absolutely loves her braces, the staff and her treatment and of course how they make her feel special and not just another client they

I had a disappointing experience with this orthodontic office. I began treatment expecting a specific outcome for a tooth issue, but a clear treatment plan was never provided or properly explained. Braces were placed without a detailed discussion of how the treatment would actually achieve the intended result. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns were not fully addressed and the treatment approach did not match what I originally expected. Communication about the treatment plan, alternatives, and realistic outcomes would have made a significant difference. Ultimately, I was left with a high bill after requesting that the Invisalign be removed, and even that removal was delayed after I asked for it. Unfortunately, my son had a similar experience. We paid for his braces at this office, but his tooth from a prior injury was never corrected or “pulled down” as expected. We now have to start braces again for him next week elsewhere. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that patients ask for a written treatment plan and consider getting a second opinion before beginning treatment.

Very Friendly staff. Dr. Masri is very detailed, and explains everything that happens. I Received Invisalign for 18 months. I would not go anywhere else.
